Nature and Scope

Your role will involve:

• Basic scheduling practices
• WBS creation/development
• Establishment of baseline schedule
• Resource planning, including labour hours, materials and subcontract payment
• Resource levelling
• Identification and resolution of negative float issues
• Earned Value Management Processing and Reporting
• Identification of Scheduling conflicts and workaround solutions
• Schedule statusing and provision of Estimates to Complete
• Timely provision of schedule data for reporting purposes
• Resource analysis
• Critical Path analysis
• Schedule Risk analysis
• Budget and Cost analysis
• Earned Value data analysis

Education and Experience

Essential
At least five years experience with the use of project planning tools i.e. Microsoft Project, including: resource planning, development of work breakdown structures, preparation and presentation of status reports.

Desirable
Knowledge of Primavera P3, financial management and budgeting, experience of Earned Value management.

Educated to Degree level.
