GENERAL
1. Assist the Senior Security Advisors in delivering the output of the Team to meet the performance expectations of the Client and the Company.
2. Maintain where appropriate accurate project records, satisfying all Company systems, controls and procedural requirements.
3. Comply with H&S and CDM regulations.

TECHNICAL
1. To provide timely, cost effective security solutions, to clients.

2. To work with the Senior Security Advisors in maintaining the technical standards for the Team.

3. To keep fully up to date on technical security developments.

4. Read technical articles in relevant magazines.

5. Attend as necessary relevant seminars, training sessions and presentations as agreed with the Senior Security Advisors.

OPERATIONAL
1. To assist when required in the preparation of documentation for quotations, bids, tenders, PQ's and presentations.
2. To comply with Senior Security Advisors advice and guidance in operation, procedures and conduct and quality of the work produced for clients.
3. Liaise as necessary with suppliers, contractors and the security industry in general and to liaise with other members of the team to ensure that they are aware of developments within the industry.

MANAGERIAL
1. Be aware of and accept the need to comply with, the agreed resources of your project to ensure client requirements, deliverables, budgets and targets are satisfied.



The Duties to be carried out include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting, liaising and discussing with the Client to discuss his security concerns
• Producing fee proposals and accurate costings
• Carrying out threat and risk assessments
• Security Surveys (both technical and operational)
• Producing security audit reports
• Producing technical reports
• Writing tender documentation, including the contractual and the technical content.
• Carrying out tender evaluation and producing reports
• Be aware of all H&S Issues relating to the position and be competent in CDM.
• Carry out Design H&S risk assessments
• Be familiar with the relevant British and European Standards pertaining to Security products systems and solutions
• Be familiar with the Data Protection Act 1998.
• Carrying out Project Management duties on behalf of the Client which include:
o Production of monthly progress reports
o Reviewing the Contractors designs
o Liaising regularly with both the Client and the Contractor(s).
o Carry out financial evaluations and raise the necessary certificates
o Ensure the specification is adhered to both technically and from a quality view point.
o Resolve any technical, operational, financial or contractual issues that may arise during the contract
o Liaise as necessary with the Principal Contractor and Planning Supervisor
o Proof read and comment on the O&M manuals and ensure that the Client receives them on time and to the correct quality from the Contractor
o Witness system upon completion and accept it on behalf of the Client
o Carry out Final account
• Carry out Technical Site Liaison duties, during the construction period
• Assist the Project Manger and provide Designers Duties during the construction phase of projects
• Produce operational procedure manuals
• Carry out operational security training
• Produce Security maintenance schedules and contract documents.
