Overall responsibility for coordinating and managing Interior and FF&E design across all Bid Packs on Education City at all stages of design prior to construction stage. This includes interaction with the client's Preconstruction Project Managers (Design Managers) for Bid Packs, the Client (QF), the Client’s Representative (QP), the Consultant Design Teams and the End User representatives in respect of all design and technical issues, all in accordance with the PM-CM Scope of Services.

Thorough knowledge of design and construction process
First hand experience of the project types, or very similar projects, for Education City.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to chair and effectively steer large meetings
Ability to manage staff and to work within a team framework
Good communication skills
Ability to think laterally.
