• Produce detailed programme management plans identifying programme activities and milestones, resource requirements; EVM and Risk
• Ensure achievement of agreed financial targets - sales, cash, profit and bookings
• Prepare briefings for programme reviews and monthly leadership team reviews
• Inspire the programme team to work creatively and with total commitment
• Ensure the team’s mission is clearly communicated, understood and executed
• Provide the focus on cash-flow throughout the programme lifecycle by ensuring milestones are met, product delivered on time and commitments honoured
• Contribute actively to process improvement and efficiency savings (R6sigma)
• Setting up / monitoring requisite financial controls and indicators utilising EVMS
• Acting as the Primary Customer Interface
• Evidence of bringing in contracts to budget and schedule
• Programme Planning – Microsoft Project

Education and Experience
Essential: A proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time and to budget whilst managing customer expectations and satisfaction.
Desirable:.
A technical / engineering background. Experience of managing software and hardware teams and extensive management of significant subcontract work packages. Experience of dealing with the UK MOD and major prime contractors would be an advantage
